Vista Hospital System is a $200 Million dollar, Multi Hospital group that employees over 2,000 people. The system in primarily located in Central and Southern California and delivers health care services to over 40 communities.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER: PROIV SOFTWARE, INC. (MDIS US.)
On July 1, 1997, MDIS (McDonnell Douglas Information Systems) and Fujitsu Limited created a joint venture and became the world's second largest computer company and a key distributor and co-developer of the GLOVIA ERP / MRP solution software. The joint venture created GLOVIA International, a software company that provides a global ERP solution combining MDIS and Fujitsu distribution, technology, industry enterprise, and support.

PRESIDENT: HIGH-TOP SPORTS PRODUCTIONS, INC.
Founder and Chief Executive of this multi million dollar entertainment company specializing in TV Production, Audio Book Publishing, Recording, Music Production, Sound Design and Feature Film Editing
Took the company from its start up, to capturing 76% of the Sports Audio market worldwide.
Negotiated national and international distribution agreements and created the standard discount rate for Sports Audio Book sales. Created a complete E-commerce business on the Internet and set the stage for the audio publishing industry to sell audio formatted products on the WEB. .
Acquired the Audio Marketing Rights for the WWF (World Wrestling Federation) and introduced WWF Audios in over 5000 retail stores in less than 18 months.
A former member of the International Audio Book Association and a highly sought after speaker in the Audio Book Publishing Industry.
Produced more than 50 Television shows and segments, published over 100 audio books as well as recordings and sound designs.
Currently a voting member of the GRAMY Awards.

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYMENT, PLANNING AND STAFFING: UCLA MEDICAL CENTER
Responsible for the total employment function of UCLA Medical Center. This included recruiting, staffing and planning as well as the related personnel matters.
Responsible for the direction of a multi-level advertising budget with national and international campaigns. The employment department is the center point for all advanced planning for the Medical Center and all outpatient facilities for future personnel and developmental needs. The department is responsible for Federal compliance and diversity training in the University System as well as INS compliance. Designed an on-line computerized Applicant Tracking System, which reduced advertising dollars by 30% and shortened the time to fill a position by 10 days.

Regional Recruiting Manager: KAISER PERMANENTE
Responsibility included recruitment of all professional personnel for 10 hospitals and 75 medical offices in the Southern California region.
Full responsibility for all trade shows nationally and internationally.
A current member of the Board of Advisors of The Los Angeles Times Health Care Magazine.
The Southern California Hospital Council.
A member of the MIS.HR System Committee.

SENIOR RECRUITER: ALBA HILL & ASSOCIATES
Responsible for the recruitment of professionals in the area of Medicine (MD's, RN's and Med Techs), Finance (MF's, CPA's, MBA's) and Engineering (BSME's, BSEE's & BSSE's).
Involved on an international basis in H.R. Management and placement of personnel for several multi-national corporations.
Also responsible for advertising and the source development of candidates.
Gave over 30 speeches to various colleges and professional organizations on subjects ranging from "How to Market Your Skills" to "Fair Hiring Practices".
Had extensive involvement in Labor Relations and Employee Relations, EEO as well as Compensation issues.
Maintained a relationship with the U.S. State Department and spoke before the Department of Immigration's Sub-Committee on U.S. Foreign Employment.
Worked in several foreign assignments including Thailand, Japan, Brazil and Africa.

VICE PRESIDENT, MANAGER: GREAT WESTERN BANK
Managed a branch with over 40 employees and over 148 million dollars in assets.
Developed a marketing plan, which allowed the branch to grow from 142 million to 148 million dollars in less than 10 months at the same time reducing teller transactions by 8% and increasing average account balance by 9%.
The Acting Government Relations Officer coordinating the activities of the Corporate Lobbyist in Sacramento.

MIS LIAISON OFFICER: CALIFORNIA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN

Responsible for the development and coordination of computer-based management information systems to manage a four billion-dollar loan portfolio.
Created and wrote the training procedures for the implementation of the Loan File System.
Also responsible for the implementation of all Federal Compliance Directives in the Loan Division.
Involved in public relations for the association particularly in those areas involving political organizations.
Member of the Loan Division Priority Committee.
