Responsible for the management and leasing of a 1,000,000 sq. ft. Shopping Mall. Reviewed A&E and MEP plans, and provided operational input with regard to fire, safety, and security considerations; maintenance requirements and standards; initial budgets for common area maintenance and advertising/marketing; personnel requirements; capital and operating equipment and supplies budgets; parking requirements, and on and off-site traffic improvements; tenant and merchandise mix; sign criteria and review of tenant store front and interior improvements; and in general consulted with the owner in all aspects of the development. I also developed a tenant standard form lease agreement in co-operation with owner's outside legal counsel. Also negotiated and executed a major lease agreement with Warner Bros. for a 110,000 sq. ft. cinema complex.
